Come and join one another during FIELD Edventures' June 2022 virtual workshop series: INTRODUCTION TO NATURE JOURNALING.
Here, you can learn to lead and sustain an inquiry-based, interdisciplinary nature journaling experience.
This 2-part event is open to new participants and past participants who'd like a refresher!!
TWO ONLINE SESSIONS: June 21 & 23 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm CST, Zoom
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Join FIELD Edventures coaches Ashley Hegewald and Emily Foster Hill in LIVE, interactive online Zoom sessions where you will learn how to further connect, explore, and engage with your learners in an inquiry-based, interdisciplinary nature journaling exploration of near nature. Build upon your observation skills, explore tools and ideas that can assist you in equitably embedding inquiry-based, place-based outdoor education into your integrated curricula. Topics include: Getting Your Tools & Introductory Techniques; Journaling Activities: Beyond Sit Spots; Interactive Coaching; and, Putting it All Together.
